SplashLink is a virtual marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of water-related solutions, offering bids, financing, and sourcing for the water industry. To launch a global online platform, SplashLink engaged Hileman Group to design a site with e-commerce, subscriber registration and profiles, RFP and financing workflow, content management, and analytics — all while making it easy for staff and users to post and manage opportunities.

Hileman Group implemented a Kentico-based CMS with customized templates, navigation, back-end workflow, reporting, and payment integration (including recurring Authorize.Net payments and discount handling). They added a custom crawler and Kentico API integration to surface RFI/RFP/RFQ opportunities, an admin review process, and user-notification controls. The result is a unique, intuitive platform with positive feedback that enables secure exchanges and expanded business development for water-industry professionals.
