Spiaggia Romea is a seaside resort in the Po Delta (a UNESCO site) that commissioned a website refresh ahead of the 2015 season to modernize its communication, better target niches (sportspeople, nature lovers, families), improve mobile browsing and integrate with its reservation management system. The main challenge was to balance strong, image-led emotional storytelling with fast, usable navigation—especially for mobile users—while boosting SEO and measuring digital campaign performance.
ELogic built a responsive, multi-language site with device-optimized images, target-specific landing pages and clear calls-to-action on every page, plus a custom web part to integrate the third‑party ERP and schema.org Microdata for better search visibility. After the March 31 launch the site saw notable gains (e.g., sessions +21–30% vs. previous periods, organic traffic +23–33%, mobile visits +61% year-over-year), a 16% drop in mobile bounce rate and, importantly, a 10% increase in reservations in 2015.
