South Central Service Cooperative - Customer Case Study

MN South Central Service Cooperative (SCSC), based in North Mankato, Minnesota, provides member-driven programs and resources for educators and students across the region. SCSC engaged High Monkey in 2015 to replace an outdated site with a modern, mobile‑responsive website that would better highlight services and feature upcoming events, simplify content management for the marketing team, and support third‑party event and staff access integrations.

High Monkey rebuilt MNSCSC.org on the Kentico platform, delivering two design prototypes, a Bootstrap‑based responsive build, custom widgets, custom tables/directories and a third‑party events web part, plus training and testing. The three‑month, 197‑hour project relaunched in February 2016 with a streamlined, easy‑to‑manage site that improved event display, accessibility and editorial workflows and drew strong client praise for execution and support.
