SOS-Kinderdorf is an Austrian nonprofit founded in 1949 that provides permanent homes, education and care for children who cannot grow up with their parents. Its website is the central channel for donations and sponsorships, and the organisation tasked agency diamond:dogs|group with modernising the site’s design and technology to generate more online donations and enable sophisticated tracking and continuous improvement of donor journeys.

The relaunch emphasised children’s stories with large photos, drawings, clear icons, a prominent news area, videos and a user-friendly information structure, plus a responsive online shop offering products and direct-donation options (e.g., vaccinations). All international sites were migrated to Kentico EMS to improve campaign measurement and optimisation, streamline checkout and mobile donations, and strengthen social media links—helping SOS‑Kinderdorf tell the right stories and make it easier for more people to sponsor and give.
