Case Study: Shaw Trust achieves an accessible, responsive, content-manageable website and stronger commissioner engagement with Kentico

A Kentico Case Study

Preview of the Shaw Trust Case Study

Shaw Trust - Customer Case Study

Shaw Trust is a national charity supporting around 50,000 people a year with employment, training and wellbeing services. They needed a redesigned website that could clearly communicate with two distinct audiences—government commissioners and service users—while meeting strict WCAG 2.0 AAA accessibility standards and providing an easy-to-use CMS for a large, distributed organisation.

MMT Digital rebuilt the site with a reviewed information architecture, accessibility-first development (workshops and hands-on testing with assistive technologies), and a flexible Kentico EMS content-management system, then migrated hosting to Microsoft Azure for scalability and improved testing/monitoring. The result is a responsive, fully content-manageable, multilingual-ready site that highlights commissioner and user journeys, meets high accessibility standards, and gives Shaw Trust control and a clear roadmap for future digital development.
