SellCar is a UK car-buying and collection service that needed a more engaging, mobile-first website and a way to digitalise an admin-heavy quoting and dealer workflow. The existing site had a dated design, an unsophisticated quoting engine and manual phone- and email-driven processes, while a large share of traffic came from mobile and SellCar also required a secure dealer portal and tailored admin tools for staff on the road.
Distinction rebuilt the site on Kentico, delivering a responsive redesign, a bespoke quoting engine integrated with an industry vehicle database, a mobile-friendly custom admin backend, and a dealer website/portal as subdomains. The result was improved usability and mobile performance, increased quote requests and customer engagement, streamlined administration, reduced manual labour and faster processing of enquiries while maintaining strong customer service.
