Sekisui XenoTech, a Sekisui subsidiary and leader in in‑vitro drug safety and metabolism research, needed a modern online portal to sell complex cellular products and lab services worldwide. Their legacy systems were costly and poorly integrated, and customers required precise, lot‑specific product information, flexible PO/custom ordering and ERP integration to support research workflows and compliance.
BlueModus implemented a Kentico‑based, fully integrated CMS, e‑commerce and marketing solution with extensible product metadata, dynamic product comparisons and downloadable characteristic sheets, plus Salesforce and Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics integration. The new site improved customer experience, reduced customer‑service labor, streamlined back‑office order fulfillment, and scaled easily as Sekisui XenoTech’s product line and marketing needs grew.
