Sectorinstituut Transport & Logistiek (STL) is the Dutch knowledge and service hub for the transport and logistics sector. STL faced a fragmented digital experience: employers and other audiences struggled to find branch- and role-specific content, search and navigation were weak, and organic visitors often left before completing key actions. The challenge was to streamline customer journeys across the public site and an employer portal to deliver more relevant, targeted information.

Working with Aviva Solutions, STL migrated to the latest Kentico Xperience, trained key content editors and marketers, and rebuilt pages and components to enable personalization, A/B testing, segmentation and integrations with HRM/CRM systems. The outcome was rapid and measurable: a 5x increase in page views, 36% more mobile visitors and a 9% rise in returning visitors, alongside a new test-and-learn culture that improved how STL serves its audiences.
