Schoonheidssalon Wendy is a beauty salon in the Consulta network that needed a refreshed website combining Consulta-delivered content with an easy-to-use editor for beauticians. Key goals were to attract more visitors and leads by adding a skin-type discovery tool, personalized content based on the analysis, client reviews shown on a Netherlands map, and seamless integration with the Consulta platform.
LAB51 built the site on Kentico and implemented CMS, a skin analysis tool, content personalization, appointment booking, and analytics/marketing tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, remarketing). The relaunch improved customer experience and conversions: skin-tool conversions rose from 3 to 12, average session length increased 105%, and bounce rate fell from 59.58% to 41.30%, while providing measurement capabilities for ongoing optimization.
