Safestore, the UK’s largest self‑storage provider, partnered with UNRVLD to redesign its website and user experience to drive more enquiries and revenue. The challenge was to consolidate multiple small sites into one platform, ensure smooth integration with in‑house and third‑party systems, and create a clear conversion funnel that lets visitors start a quote at any point in their journey.

UNRVLD rebuilt the site on Kentico, prioritizing CTAs, simplified content and seamless integrations (Space Manager, Sage Pay/PayPal, Google Maps, postcode lookup, Feefo), plus full commerce capabilities for pricing, cart, checkout and customisations. The relaunch now powers 85% of bookings and delivered strong uplifts — 32% more users, 27% more sessions, a 93% increase in mobile conversions, reduced bounce rates — and contributed to improved company performance (profit of £62.7m, +12% YoY).
