Roadrunner Insurance, a specialist provider of motor trade road risks, liability and premises cover, asked Discover IT to refresh its website to better promote the brand, drive new “Get a Quote” enquiries and let existing customers update vehicle information for the MID. Key challenges included designing intuitive navigation and forms for a wide range of devices and extensive testing to ensure responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
Discover IT delivered a responsive site with social and blog integration, CarWeb registration lookup to prefill vehicle details, mobile-optimized forms, Kentico EMS-driven abandoned-form email reminders, office-hours call/form logic and persona-based personalisation, plus SEO/microdata work. Since launch (Feb 2013) the site saw major gains: mobile visitors +480%, bounce rate -22% and returning visitors +59%, alongside improved brand consistency and usability.
