Rising Stars, an award‑winning primary education publisher that joined Hodder Education in 2015, needed to move its existing Drupal website onto the same Kentico CMS used across the group. The brief demanded a seamless content and user migration with no disruption to customers, significant UX improvements, and complex third‑party integrations for e‑commerce (purchasing, order fulfilment) and user management, all while minimising impact on other Hodder sites.

MMT Digital carried out a UX audit, migrated content and users from Drupal to Kentico (using SAMS), and delivered custom document types, templates and web parts alongside reusable widgets and Kentico EMS for marketing and self‑service content management. They integrated the bespoke e‑commerce system with Biblio for stock and orders, completed development within 24 weeks, and launched a dynamic site on the group CMS with improved UX, seamless integrations and streamlined payment and fulfilment processes.
