Ridgeway is an award‑winning digital marketing agency and Kentico Gold Partner that delivers websites for brands such as De Beers, Twinings and HMV. As the agency grew, it needed an easy‑to‑use intranet to centralise knowledge, streamline key processes and act as a single reference for live and historical client projects, while supporting administrators and employees across locations. Additional requirements included an annual leave system, a site index, reporting and integrations with third‑party tools.

Using Kentico’s standard intranet features plus custom modules, Ridgeway delivered an intranet with an integrated annual‑leave workflow (tied into task management and Outlook), a searchable site index, project and hosting reports (including Jira integration), error reporting and an employee reward programme, all authenticated via Active Directory. The result has been reduced manual work and human error, time savings, a centralised information hub for distributed teams and improved staff engagement through the reward scheme, while retaining flexibility to extend and integrate with other systems.
