Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace with nearly 3,000 centres across some 900 cities in 120 countries, needed a Kentico partner to deploy and own its global intranet. The organisation required a scalable web‑farm deployment that integrated with its HR system (PeopleSoft) via single sign‑on, supported social and collaboration features, and made content—especially documents—easy to find so employees worldwide would adopt and use the platform.

Ridgeway enhanced the intranet with clearer in‑page navigation and landing pages, a single point of access for documents, Active Directory single sign‑on (including integration with PeopleSoft), and new collaborative features such as workspaces and a Q&A system. The changes made the site more intuitive and interactive, drove higher adoption and engagement across the business, and led to a long‑term partnership to continue expanding the intranet’s capabilities.
