Regency Fireplace Products, a North American manufacturer with a large product line and global dealer network, needed a secure, mobile-friendly dealer portal to simplify access to product information, documents and region-specific resources. Working with Falcon-Software, Regency required a single-sign-on solution, document organization, complex filtered searches, role- and territory-specific content, and two-way integration with their Epicor ERP — all delivered on a responsive Kentico CMS platform.
Falcon-Software redesigned the information architecture and built RegencyIgnite.com with Kentico, implementing REST-based two-way ERP synchronization, InCommand single sign-on, customizable multi-region search filters, role-based personalization, and mobile/tablet-optimized layouts. The portal now delivers up-to-the-minute data, simplifies dealer workflows with one login and organized resources, and increased dealer participation and sales confidence by putting accurate product information at dealers’ fingertips across devices.
