RedR is a global humanitarian capacity‑building NGO that provides training and technical support to aid workers and disaster‑affected communities. Facing an outdated website that didn’t reflect their technical credibility, RedR needed a clearer user journey for training, better calls to action for donations and newsletters, improved member services, and tighter integration with Salesforce and campaign tools.

Syndicut rebuilt the site on Kentico, simplified donations and appeal tracking, and integrated Eventbrite with Salesforce to automate course bookings. The new site freed admin staff from roughly 10 hours/week of manual processing, reduced booking drop‑off from ~50%, and boosted engagement since launch (bounce rate down from 53.8% to 45.9%, return‑visitor ratio trending toward the 40% goal, and pages per session rising toward the 4–5 KPI).
