Quayside Wayzata, a luxury 26-apartment complex on Lake Minnetonka, engaged High Monkey to build a public website that would showcase its amenities, 24 unique floorplans, nearby businesses and high-end finishes to drive leasing. The site needed a clean, responsive and accessible design with online contact/apply forms and required technical integrations including a third‑party service access container, staff access page, and a custom events web part.

High Monkey delivered a Kentico-based solution—creating two design prototypes, custom templates (including a gallery container), photo direction, and full functional and accessibility testing—to produce a responsive, easy-to-manage site with online application and contact workflows. The build took 217 team hours over three months and relaunched in March 2016; the client reported the site is easy to navigate and maintain, helping the marketing team promote the property and manage content.
