Queensland Police Credit Union (QPCU) is a member-only credit union serving Queensland’s police community that needed a stronger digital presence to offset a limited branch network and compete with major banks. The brief called for a redesigned site that functioned as a “digital office” — with improved information architecture, mobile/tablet optimization, online account management, ATM locators, calculators, and an enterprise CMS — while Zeroseven faced the challenges of managing project scale and priorities, building a fully customized online loan application, and ensuring all functionality worked across web and mobile.

Working with QPCU, Zeroseven delivered a modern, mobile-ready website and suite of digital tools that recreated the branch experience online, powered by Kentico CMS for marketing automation and easy administration; a bespoke loan application and mobile-accessible forms, calculators and internet banking were also implemented. The relaunch drove strong engagement and conversion gains: 75% more page views, 31% more pages per session, 29% more membership sign-ups and 21% more lending applications.
