Independent Vetcare (IVC) is an international group of veterinary practices that needed a scalable, easy-to-manage, multilingual website template to deliver a consistent rebrand across hundreds of sites. Their previous CMS lacked flexibility, central content management, QA/staging and developer-free editing, so IVC required a template each practice could personalise while allowing central marketing control.

MMT Digital built a fresh Kentico-based master template and rolled it out starting with Purton Vets, enabling practices to adapt sites without developer help and giving central teams campaign control. The platform proved scalable and multilingual: 100+ sites have launched, organic search is up 75% and overall web traffic is up 400%, with plans to roll out roughly 100 sites per year and expand the template internationally.
