Pure, a world-leading consumer electronics maker and pioneer of digital radio, needed a distinctive new website to modernise its brand, deliver a premium, user-focused experience, and merge a separate e-commerce site while supporting multi-country, multi-language rollouts and enabling in-house content control.
Ridgeway was selected to design and build a responsive Kentico site with improved navigation, clear product categorisation, rich lifestyle imagery and a clean purchase-focused layout, plus tools for Pure’s team to update content and scale features (CRM/EMS and e-commerce) over time. The relaunch cut bounce rate by 29%, increased session duration by 29%, lifted pages per session by 22% and tripled the e-commerce conversion rate during Christmas 2016 (0.89% to 3.76%).
