Prologis, the global leader in logistics property serving clients such as Amazon, Sainsbury’s and Jaguar Land Rover, needed a new website to showcase its market authority and tell its story while making it easy for users to find and evaluate properties. The challenges included understanding user intent, creating a compelling, corporate design, making property search simple and useful, supporting Prologis apps, and delivering a flexible, easy-to-use CMS.
Ridgeway ran discovery workshops, surveys and stakeholder interviews to define user needs, then built a Kentico-powered site with interactive Google Maps property search, reusable content components, and 14 configurable widgets to consolidate microsites and enable in-house page management. Six months after launch the site delivered a 25% increase in sessions, a 12% rise in users and 19% more page views, while giving Prologis greater editorial control and integration with its apps.
