Proforum is a Polish financial-services company focused on safe, automated savings and financial education for families, and was the first in Poland to sell financial services online. Their challenge was to convince customers that complex financial products can be explained and sold via a website, while building an easy-to-use, graphics-driven responsive site, a vendor CRM fed from Kentico data, and integration with a global financial sales system to increase leads and support storytelling content.
Predictes built a content-centric Kentico solution with workflows, document versioning, marketing tools, a custom CRM integrated with the insurer’s sales system via an Integration Bus, account portals, product contact forms, lead scoring and marketing automation, all hosted on Microsoft Azure and delivered in eight months. The result is a premium, engaging site (average visit >3 minutes; 40% mobile/60% desktop), early investor control-panel adoption, 85% of employees rating the CRM as friendly, and improved flexibility and cost control through Azure.
