Preview of the Port of Brisbane Case Study

Port of Brisbane - Customer Case Study

Port of Brisbane, one of Australia’s leading and award‑winning ports, engaged Adelphi Digital to modernise its online presence. The existing site ran on Kentico 8, was not mobile friendly, had hard‑to‑find content, a dated design that didn’t reflect the port’s reputation, and was difficult for the in‑house team to update. The project aimed to reinforce the port’s leadership, improve user experience across devices, and lift content quality and multichannel communications.

Adelphi Digital upgraded to Kentico 10 and delivered a fully responsive site with revamped shipping schedule functionality, stronger calls to action, and a new alert system to reduce phone enquiries. Content authors gained better CMS usability and responsive templates with engaging imagery; the schedule now auto‑sets to the current date range for easier use. Within two weeks of launch the site saw total pageviews increase by 60%, pages per session rise 43%, and average bounce rate fall dramatically.
