Pickles, a family-owned leader in asset remarketing since 1964, needed to replatform and modernise www.pickles.com.au to grow market share in Australia and abroad. The business wanted a simpler, responsive site that could sell assets online and support marketing, but its complex Liferay-based infrastructure and dependencies on legacy systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and multiple middle tiers) made integration and rapid delivery challenging under an aggressive executive timeline.

Interesting led workshops, prototyped user flows and selected Kentico 10 CMS Ultimate, delivering a redesigned, responsive site integrated with Pickles’ middle tier for search, user management and e-commerce; the solution uses Pickles hosting with Azure CDN and Cloudinary, Kentico staging and web-farm scaling. Three months post-launch the site achieved better Google rankings, significant mobile/tablet traffic growth and online car sales that exceeded first-quarter projections, with further personalization and marketing-automation features planned.
