A Kentico Case Study
PHS, a UK workplace services provider used by over 200,000 organisations, engaged Positive Technology to unify a fragmented digital estate that spanned some 30 separate websites. The existing landscape suffered from inconsistent messaging, multiple technologies and hosting platforms, divisional “inside‑out” architecture, and limited visibility of complementary services—meaning customers often couldn’t discover or enquire about more than one service at a time.
Positive rebuilt the site around a user‑centric architecture and consolidated brand proposition, using Kentico EMS (integrated with PHS CRM) for advanced content personalisation, Azure hosting, and a responsive design. Launched in about nine months, the new single site and portal delivered a centralized, scalable CMS, consistent UX and intelligent cross‑selling—resulting in a 10% uplift in users (with a 58% peak month), broader visibility of PHS’s full offering, and improved customer insights and marketing integration.
