Penderyn, the makers of Penderyn Single Malt Welsh Whisky, needed to replace an aging e-commerce platform and eliminate time‑consuming manual order processing. The small in‑house team required a flexible, efficient system that could migrate legacy orders and customer data, and provide tighter automated sale‑to‑purchase integration to speed dispatch.

Syndicut built an SEO‑optimised, secure Kentico e-commerce site, created a custom migration tool and implemented a real‑time Sage 200 connection so new orders are automatically submitted to the warehouse. Since launching in December 2014 the store has seen mobile visitors rise 91%, average order value up 11%, order quantity up 12% and mobile revenue up 251%, with a 22% bounce rate, 2:30 average visit duration and over 250,000 annual visitors.
