Paradigm, the largest independent developer of software-enabled solutions for the global oil and gas industry, engaged HexaGroup to rebuild its website after the existing site proved too technical (written at a Ph.D. level), poorly organized for conversions, visually dated, and not mobile-friendly. The company needed clearer, audience-appropriate content, a modern brand presentation, and a structure that guided visitors to take action.

HexaGroup led a six-step redesign—conducting SWOT and market research, simplifying content using Flesch‑Kincaid readability targets, creating a hierarchical sitemap and wireframes for multiple audiences, and delivering a striking responsive visual design with a “Find a Solution” focus. Implemented on Kentico Enterprise Marketing Solution v7 with integrated modules and ATS/portal connections, the new site increased brand awareness, made content more digestible, generated more interest and leads, and earned a Silver Award of Distinction in the 2015 Communicators Awards.
