A Kentico Case Study
Panoramic Journeys, a specialist in bespoke, high-end travel to Myanmar, Bhutan and Mongolia, needed a new brand identity and responsive website to reflect its handcrafted, ethical approach. Their legacy site was outdated, unresponsive, split across a separate blog, and hampered by poor SEO and a CMS that didn’t support strict, repeatable content structures or a client “favorites” area. They also wanted streamlined enquiry/booking forms and a digital presence that matched their friendly yet premium positioning.
Syndicut migrated and consolidated content into a Kentico-powered site, building reusable Portal Engine components, extended tagging and filter-based search, SEO-friendly URLs, a secure client login to save favourites, and redesigned, mobile-responsive pages and forms. The relaunch delivered strong engagement gains: sessions/users up 25% and page views up 27% for June–August 2016 vs 2015, and — in the 30 days to 13 Sept 2016 — visitors up 50% and page views up 135%, along with an increase in high-quality enquiries.
