PANESCO, a brand of Belgium’s La Lorraine bakery group, needed a multi‑cultural, content‑rich website to showcase 300+ frequently updated products and to boost brand awareness, traffic and lead generation across Europe and overseas. The main challenge was delivering a flexible, engaging design and powerful content administration while keeping infrastructure scalable and within budget.
ACTUM Digital built a responsive site on Xperience by Kentico with focused lead‑generation features (sample orders, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions and content downloads) and implemented an Azure PaaS architecture (App Services, Blob storage, SQL databases) to reduce deployment, scaling and maintenance costs. Launched in September 2019, the site drove a 15% rise in new users in the first month and delivered strong year‑on‑year gains (around 200% more new users and a 220% increase in page views).
