Oxford Instruments, a high-technology science and research equipment manufacturer, commissioned Ridgeway to replace its SharePoint site with a scalable, brand-reflective web platform. The new site had to represent a complex product range across diverse industries, give autonomous control to marketing teams in ten divisions, perform well on mobile, integrate external data sources, and clearly present a global sales and support network while allowing for future multilingual versions.

Ridgeway ran an extensive requirements capture, then built a responsive, Kentico-based site with custom content and data management, localisation and third-party integrations, and trained Oxford Instruments’ teams; the site relaunched after eight months and is now maintained in-house. Improved UX and streamlined calls to action generated a 25% increase in lead volume and higher lead quality, and German, Chinese and Japanese versions are in development.
