Case Study: OTTO Immobilien achieves an emotional, image-driven website and seamless database integration with Kentico

A Kentico Case Study

Preview of the OTTO Immobilien Case Study

OTTO Immobilien - Customer Case Study

OTTO Immobilien, founded in 1956 and today Austria’s largest independent owner‑managed real estate company, needed a website relaunch that reflected its high‑quality, service‑focused brand. The brief called for a minimalist, image‑led digital business card and a modern sales channel: move away from text‑heavy pages to emotional imagery and clear structure, integrate two existing property databases, add semantic full‑text search, and prepare for future lead scoring and tracking.

The diamond:dogs|group built a Kentico‑based solution emphasizing large panorama imagery, simple navigation by target group, and a semantics‑driven full‑text search with concise property descriptions. A custom import process pulls property data from XML files and APIs into Kentico, merging databases without data loss and enabling editorial maintenance; URL aliases preserved key placements from the old site. The result is a cohesive, user‑friendly front end that conveys quality and transparency, plus a robust back end with smooth data integration and optional lead‑scoring/ nurturing features ready to activate.
