Ontario Professional Planners Institute - Customer Case Study

The Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) needed a streamlined, mobile-specific web app to present a subset of its main site content—news, jobs, events and member directory—optimized for on-the-go users. Key challenges included integrating content managed in Kentico (including Biz Forms), providing a separate, easily editable mobile homepage, and pulling timely data from a third‑party AMS without forcing long mobile forms or duplicative content management.

Seventyeight Digital built a responsive mobile web app using Kentico custom content types and libraries, an alternative Kentico form for simplified mobile submissions, and an automated XML feed from the AMS updated every 30 minutes. The result is a centrally managed, mobile‑friendly site that automatically reflects CMS updates, delivers tailored membership, job and event data, maintains consistent UX across devices, and leverages social media to amplify key messaging.
