OhioHealth Physician Group, part of the OhioHealth Medical Specialty Foundation, operates more than 62 practices and 500+ physicians across Ohio. The organization needed each practice to have its own voice and patient-facing content (doctors, specialties, documents, contact info) while preserving consistent OhioHealth branding and enabling easy content updates by local marketing managers.

k2dsquared implemented a Kentico CMS-based solution that let each practice express its own identity within OhioHealth brand standards, provided a Word-like editor for nontechnical content updates, search/filtering by location, specialty and physician, and centralized management of all sites. As a result, traffic grew roughly 10–20% annually over three years, average time on site increased, brand awareness improved, and support calls to practices decreased.
