A Kentico Case Study
The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) in Victoria engaged Get Started to replace a dated, link-based intranet with a structured, navigable knowledge hub built on Kentico. The project had a long list of requirements and needed to serve multiple personas—from barristers on iPads to paralegals on large screens—while solving content indexing and providing flexible page layouts.
Get Started ran cross‑functional workshops and used card‑sorting to redesign the information architecture around user needs, implemented persona‑specific content views and responsive templates, and used Kentico’s search plus tagging to improve indexing. The new intranet was widely welcomed across the organisation, made critical information much faster to find, and was built to expand and support ongoing internal knowledge sharing (project details remain confidential).
