NSW Meals on Wheels is a not‑for‑profit that delivers meals and social support to elderly and disabled people, providing about 4.5 million meals a year. They engaged Revium to rebuild their Kentico website (from v5.5 to v8) to improve stability, preserve the existing look-and-feel, and enhance the shop checkout and volunteer workflows. Key technical challenges included rebuilding a postcode/suburb geo‑location map, revising volunteer recruitment workflows, and addressing Kentico API compatibility changes.

Revium rebuilt the custom functionality on Kentico 8, integrating a Google Maps geo‑locator with distance filtering, merging the shop into the main site for simpler administration, and implementing a clean double opt‑in volunteer sign‑up and a one‑step checkout. Since launch NSW Meals on Wheels has seen improved engagement: bounce rate down 5.96%, session duration up 5.96%, users up 8.03% and page views up 32.44%, alongside more robust CMS/CRM capabilities for volunteers, friends and donations.
