NetNeutrals - Customer Case Study

NetNeutrals.com is an online dispute resolution service that helps consumers and businesses resolve disputes quickly via a simple, fully online forum. Heartland Business Systems reviewed the site and was tasked with modernizing the design and admin experience while improving performance and UX, automating processes, adding reporting, and integrating tightly with eBay (and PayPal) so cases could be created and users authenticated directly from eBay item data.

HBS implemented the site in the Kentico CMS using a responsive template, a custom page and class to handle eBay authentication and case creation from Item IDs, Kentico Forms and User Permissions to manage case access, Scheduled Tasks to monitor and close cases, custom “My Desk” tools for agents, and Kentico’s email engine for notifications. The result is an automated, responsive site with minimal admin intervention, streamlined case management, integrated eBay flows, built-in notifications and reporting, and an improved user experience.
