National Heritage Academies (NHA) is a network of 85+ public charter schools serving over 58,000 students across nine states. NHA needed to replace a legacy SharePoint site with a cloud-hosted, mobile-friendly CMS that could support 85+ individual school sites plus corporate content, meet WCAG 2.0 AA and multilingual requirements, preserve numerous third‑party integrations (CRM, MAP, SIS), provide geolocation and state-specific legal reporting, and let corporate and school admins manage content without developer help.

BizStream implemented a Kentico Xperience MVC multisite on Azure, building reusable page components, CMS templates, custom integrations (Dynamics CRM, SIS, video, LiveChat), Geolocation “Find a School,” AMP, caching, role-based permissions and accessibility tooling. The new site delivered strong results: new users up 30%, average time on site +10%, time to complete the student application down 23%, organic search conversions up >20%, and streamlined content management across the organization.
