The Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) is a Washington State nonprofit that provides research, consulting and guidance to local governments. Its legacy website had become a navigational nightmare—valuable research was buried in text links, search returned irrelevant results, and the site lacked a modern CMS for document management and discoverability.

Roundedcube ran design workshops, card-sorting and wireframing to redefine the information architecture, then built a responsive Kentico site with filtered search by document type, topic pages and reusable content modules. After launch average time on site rose 60% to just over 6 minutes with more than three pages per visit, mobile usability improved, and staff workload for routine content tasks was significantly reduced.
