Monteith’s, a leading New Zealand beer and cider brand selling across NZ, Australia and Europe, needed a better way to coordinate nation‑wide promotions, incentives and asset distribution to bars. With low participation typical of extranets and habitual operator processes, the challenge was to create a portal that delivered clear utility and benefit through strong design, UX, functional features and ongoing support so bars would adopt it and always have up‑to‑date brand guidelines and assets.
Working with Union Digital, Monteith’s launched the Monteith’s Bar Portal as a Kentico 7 sub‑domain, reusing existing templates and out‑of‑the‑box modules (login, dashboard, forms, media library, news, polls and CRM/eDM tools). The editable platform centralized assets and communications, eliminated manual overhead, improved speed and reach of promotions, kept bars current with collateral, strengthened brand presence at point‑of‑sale, and delivered time and cost savings with potential increases in sales and operator engagement.
