Monash IVF Group, one of Australia’s longest‑running fertility providers with 20 IVF clinics and 22 ultrasound clinics nationwide, needed a single intranet and document-management system to support staff across multiple sites, meet accreditation requirements, and handle local variations (for example, Queensland‑specific documents). Their legacy setup made compliance hard to demonstrate and hindered collaborative publishing, news sharing, event scheduling and departmental workgroups.

Working with Web Design Magic, Monash implemented a Kentico EMS intranet with Smart Search, Advanced Workflow, Personas, a custom tagging engine and a bespoke Document Management module. The result was a searchable, centrally managed document repository that improved compliance and staff understanding of document control, streamlined document updates and approvals, and consolidated multiple legacy systems into a single, easy‑to‑use platform.
