Milwaukee Tools, a global manufacturer of professional, heavy‑duty power tools, needed a unified, modern web presence across its European sites to refresh the brand, personalise marketing, support 21 nationalities, and integrate existing systems. Key challenges included delivering a responsive, feature‑rich CMS experience, bringing external microsites onto the main domain, and integrating with their Product Information Management (PIM) and service/repairs platforms so product data and warranties were managed centrally.
NetConstruct built a mobile‑first, responsive site on the Kentico CMS, integrated the PIM, DAMS and CDN, implemented content staging, and consolidated microsites—adding features like product comparison, reviews, online training and a store locator. Since launch, site visits are up 23.1%, page views up 363%, time on site up 21%, bounce rate down 14%, mobile traffic up 817%, tablet traffic up 838%, and navigation from product pages to the store locator has increased 500%.
