Mid Ulster Council - Customer Case Study

Mid Ulster Council, formed in April 2015 from three legacy council areas, engaged i3 Digital to design a single website and intranet. The previous sites were dated, built on varied inflexible frameworks, and didn’t meet public needs; the council needed a clean, mobile-first site with an easy-to-manage CMS and a fast delivery to meet the new council launch.

i3 Digital ran stakeholder workshops, surveys, user testing and analytics reviews, selected Kentico 8.2, rebuilt content from scratch, and trained administrators before launch. The fully responsive site went live at the end of March 2015, administrators reported a much-improved backend experience, initial public feedback was very positive, and the council plans ongoing surveys to drive further improvements.
