memoQ (Kilgray) is a fast-growing translation-technology vendor that partnered with Emakina to rebuild its website to increase brand exposure, boost online sales, integrate cloud services, and deliver richer content. The main challenges were integrating an external login and cloud services, building a custom shopping cart and “my account” area, synchronizing customer data, and automating license generation and third‑party connectors.

Emakina delivered a four-stage Kentico solution: a custom external login with synchronized customer data, a region-aware shopping cart with external license generation, connectors for support and webinars, CRM and marketing-automation workflows, and full cloud subscription management inside “my account.” The new all-in-one site connected external systems and produced measurable gains from Dec 2014–Dec 2015: +8% traffic, +5 seconds average visit duration, −10% bounce rate, and +12% sales.
