Mega 3 Housing (www.mega3.com.my) needed a better portal to promote its properties and serve all target audiences across Malaysia. Their WordPress site produced too many unclassified leads that sales couldn’t act on, and the company also needed a way to keep visitors informed about new offers and project progress to maintain engagement.

Working with Optima Innovations, Mega 3 moved to a redesigned Kentico site with Salesforce integration, creating 14 contact groups from forms and a calculator, routing two groups as hot leads directly into Salesforce, and enabling personalized views for signed‑in users. Marketing automation now notifies visitors about blog posts, locations and building updates—driving results of about 900 daily visitors, a 20% drop in bounce rate and a 3‑minute increase in session duration.
