ME Bank, an online-only bank recently named Australia’s Best Digital Bank, faced a constrained CMS and a subpar mobile experience that undermined its digital brand and ability to acquire and self-serve customers. The bank needed a responsive, secure and future-proof CMS that would improve cross-device usability, enable personalization, and make content editing easier without developer dependence.
Kiandra IT implemented Kentico using an iterative, collaborative approach, delivering features such as automated rate updates, enhanced search (autocomplete, faceted results, spelling corrections), content feeds, and simpler content management. Within weeks of the November 2017 launch ME saw strong ROI: calculator usage rose 358%, search activity increased 147%, product applications climbed 7.16%, and engagement improved (desktop session metrics ~1.25% up, mobile ~4.6% up) while overall traffic remained steady.
