Marks & Clerk - Customer Case Study

Marks & Clerk is an international firm of trademark and patent attorneys (founded 1887) with offices in nine countries. Although global in scope, the firm’s website was perceived as UK‑centric; the challenge was to create a multilingual, culture‑sensitive site that gave all offices a clear voice, promoted thought leadership and partner profiles, and presented rich, contextually relevant content while remaining locally authoritative.

Eurisko, working with design partner Thirdperson, built a Kentico‑based solution using the API and custom objects to deliver multilingual page structures, a custom people search, context‑sensitive “You may also be interested” linking, flexible content types and responsive templates. The relaunch drove an 88% increase in visitors, 29% more page views and a 92% rise in new users, broadened geographic reach (notably the US, Singapore, Germany, Hong Kong, India and Japan) and improved global recognition and content management for the firm.
