Maritimes Cluster Norddeutschland - Customer Case Study

Maritime Cluster Northern Germany (MCN) is an industry association that promotes cooperation across the northern German maritime sector and grew to over 280 members. Members asked for modern, easy-to-use tools — notably a robust member search, secure member-only profiles for sharing contact info and documents, and a site-wide text search — while the project needed to remain intuitive for a wide range of users.

IPP SoftWorks built a responsive Kentico 8.2 ASPX site in about eight months, delivering autocomplete member search, secure member profiles, an event calendar with ICS export, multilingual content and a custom site search. After the July 2015 relaunch the site attracted 200 launch attendees, gained 20 new members immediately, increased average visit duration by about 10 minutes, and drove daily member engagement and improved business-focused interactions.
