Majid Al Futtaim Foundation (MAF), a charity focused on healthcare and education, partnered with the Dubai Health Authority to expand NICU capacity at Al Wasl Hospital and needed a new website to publish healthcare/education news, manage events, host videos, provide downloads and accept donations. The client faced several challenges during the project—choosing design, fonts and structure, managing document approval workflows, and explaining technical approaches to non‑technical stakeholders.

Synechron delivered a fixed‑cost Kentico (.NET) solution that met deadlines, gave editors easy content control, and included a jQuery video slider plus event and announcement modules. After a few hours of training users were able to navigate the site effectively, and continuous handover support ensured a smooth transition and improved engagement with MAF’s initiatives.
