M10 Fitness, founded by bodybuilder Mark Coles, transformed its popular content (workouts, nutrition, videos and plans) into M10 Life, a subscription website aimed at becoming “the home of body transformation.” The main challenges were converting one-month trial users to paid members and upselling to higher tiers while preventing trial users from consuming content and leaving, so the team needed a slick, mobile-first sign-up journey, clear exposure of fresh content and intuitive member personalization.

The result: strong user and press feedback, high mobile engagement (over 60% of visits), a site that’s simple to manage and update, and improved member experience that’s already helping people on their transformation journeys.
