LWS Irrigation, part of the MJ Abbott Group and the UK’s largest irrigation supplier, needed a unified B2B and B2C e‑commerce site to move wholesale sales online while preserving high-touch customer service. The main challenges were a very large, complex product catalogue, supporting accounts features (statements for online and offline orders, invoice payments, estimates, multiple price lines) and making it easy for busy irrigation specialists to find and order from desktop or mobile.
Red Transact scoped and built a Kentico‑based, responsive site with TranSync integration to automate catalogue updates, order downloads and account tasks so orders are processed within minutes. Work included careful product architecture from the Access Dimensions system, a dynamic mega menu, role‑based content, quick order, saved baskets and an estimation tool — delivering faster, mobile-friendly ordering, timely data synchronization and lower development cost.
